I've regain my faith in losing weight

I started using this product in Oct to begin my weightloss journey after having a baby in June via emergency c-section. I didn't want to write a review until I had enough time to assess the results.

I used this pill coupled with healthier meals and exercise for the entire month of October which resulted in 10lbs lost.

I repeated the same routine for November and lost 10 more pounds. Even when I slipped up with my eating habits once or twice a week.

In December, I decided to stop taking the pills to see if the pills were actually aiding my weight lost. After 3 weeks, I only lost 1lb. So I decided to order another bottle, and within two weeks, I lost 4lbs.

I'm officially sold on this product and will continue to use it throughout my journey.

My goal is to lose 92lbs. 67 more lbs to go.

1/7/2014: I have lost 25lbs since Oct 1, 2013.

I didn't know people were commenting on this post, my apologies. I have enabled my email to recieve comments from now on.

So, I have lost a total of 40lbs thus far, but I've gained a ton of muscle, too. I weight lift 3 days a week, cardio 2 days a week. I eat about 1300-1500 per a day.

I stopped using the product for three month because I felt guilty using a supplement to aid my weightloss, but not anymore. Don't let anyone (friends or media) influence your decision to aid your weightloss. We will all have are own set-backs (mentally, emotionally, physically, and chemically). This product really does work and I'll keep using it until I reach my goal.

I am proud to say I am 30lbs lighter than I was pre-pregnancy.

I RAN (the entire time) my first 5k last weekend.

Once you start using this product, don't stop like I did.

I will provide another update once I have finished my new bottle

No more candy binges after grief, thanks NatureWise!!

After suffering from multiple miscarriages months apart, I had put on just enough weight to feel really uncomfortable.....no longer pregnant, but looking it and being unhappy.

I'll be honest I didn't really have high expectations. The last time I had ever tried a "diet" type pill was in college, it made my heart race so bad I never finished the bottle.

Starting the Garcinia Cambogia was easy enough (I did start out with 1 pill 3x day), I have now been taking the full dose of 3 when I get up about 45 min before breakfast, 3 before lunch and 3 about an hour before dinner. They have been GREAT for keeping me feel "full" between meals......with NO racing heart or tummy issues!! I cannot speak highly enough of this or NatureWise, will be going through them for my supplement needs from here on out!

Im 23 years old - 5ft tall I have been having the hardest time getting some weight off for the past 2 years and 1/2. Before I was pregnant I was 117lb and gained so much weight during my pregnancy (up to 160lb) after I had my baby I was at 141lb, being a full time employee, mommy, and going to college makes it very hard for me to still have energy/time to work out "I have no free time for work outs".

I started to feel very stressed out about not being able to fit in my jeans, I had very low self-esteem (emotional evaluation of his or her/his own worth) I didn't even want to be seen by my friends or people I knew from high school. I have been using this product for 3 months now and I went from 141lb to 128 lb that's 13lb in 3 mo' I feel great and I'm so ready to be back at 117 soon!!!
