    Mô tả - Listening to agents’ daily recording to help agents deliver qualified service. Ensuring agents’ consultant quality. - Doing the mark weekly to agents’ recording and then coaching agents based on the results. - Cooperating with Team Leader for the updated procedures as well as reviewing existing procedures on a weekly basis. - Supporting agents in dealing with difficult and foreign customers. - Cooperating with Team Leader to support agents in solving difficult tickets. - Together with Team Leader to manage and deal with emergency cases. Ensuring ticket SLAs within 24 hours - Translating emails and documents from English to Vietnamese and vice versa. - Working with Trainer to prepare materials and training procedures for agents. - Other tasks assigned by Team Leader.
    Yêu cầu - Bachelor’s Degree - At least 1.5-year experience in Contact Center, Call Center, especially at QA position. - Fluently communicate in English, including 04 skills: listening, speaking, reading and writing. - Coaching ability and customer service mindset.
