    We are looking for B2B Sales candidates for a global leader in apparel and footwear industry solutions (Headquarters in USA). Please kindly focus on this searching and hope to receive qualified candidates for the following positions,
    - Sales Executive / Key Account Manager: Korean-English speaking (1 vacant) : Salary range up to $2,000 USD gross/month
    - Sales Executive: Chinese-English speaking (1 vacant) : Salary range $700 - $900 USD gross/month
    - Sales Executive: Japanese-English speaking (1 vacant): Salary range $700 - $900 USD gross/month

    Job Description:
    To be a communicator between the company and its customers through personal selling.
    To achieve agreed sales and increase the share at individual customers.
    To manage and develop business of allocated sales territory by implementing sales plan, providing necessary supports to gain customer satisfaction.
    · Reporting: Sales Manager, the incumbent is responsible for increasing the company’s revenues by achieving sales objectives within the assigned territory and/or account.

    Working time: Monday – Friday
    Location: Can Giuoc, Long An
    · Internal interaction: Customer Service/ RBO-Retailers & Brand Owners Sales/ Shipping staff/ Manufacturing/ Quality Control/ Product Development.
    · External interaction: customers in assigned territory, Regional Sales or Global Sales colleagues.
    · Job Requirement:
    University graduate.
    Experience in field sales B2B (2+ years).
    Proven ability to work independently in customer management.
    Bright Intelligent/ Personality/ Willingness to learn/ Team Player / Motivated person/Aggressive
    Interpersonal skills.

    2.
    Manager Development and Commercialization (Footwear)

    ** Responsibilities:
    - Manage the development and commercialization process of assigned products in collaboration with Tier 1 factory personnel and technical teams. Provides specific technical expertise to ensure effective transition of footwear design into samples and production while ensuring the manufacturability, material selection, material standards, development timeline and cost to target are met.
    - Supervise the direct development process between Headquarter/Creation Center Project Management and Tier 1 factory ensuring that Create to Value approach and product integrity is at the paramount priority and focus.
    - Supervise junior development staffs in continuous upgrades of technical applications and processes and implementation of new technology in development and engineering.
    - Manage junior team member and/or factory direct developer and contribute considerably to the achievement of team objectives.
    - Operationally, account for development/commercialization area with predefined scope of responsibilities.
    - Explain product requirement and standards to factory and /or LO teams to achieve shared goals.
    Influence HQ (Design, Marketing, Brand Operations, Quality) and external parties (factory Development /Commercialization & Production) and drive change using principle centered vs policy driven with adi Dassler Standards as the center of focus in managing/ solving conflicts.
    - Make day to day decisions within defined scope (with support on complex issues)
    - Execute defined directives.

    ** Relationships:
    Headquarters Product Teams (Design, Marketing, Brand Operations, Product Creation & Tooling)
    Factory Dev teams.
    Tier 2 material suppliers
    Production
    Other Global Operations/Sourcing functions –costing, Material, Planning, Product Testing, Quality/Lab

    ** Job Requirements:
    * Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

    - Have development and engineering knowledge and expertise and can provide input into projects.
    Have a strong engineering and creative mindset.
    With minimal input and feedback, can identify problems and provide solutions to complex development/ commercialization issues.
    - Can manage direct reports with support from line manager.
    Good written and verbal English communication.
    German, Chinese, Indonesia or Vietnamese language knowledge an advantage.

    * Requisite Education and Qualifications:
    University degree preferably on shoe making or engineering.
    5+ year production, development or related experience in Footwear industry.
    Passion and interest in athletic competition, sports or fitness related activities.
    Production, Product Testing or development/commercialization or costing background
    Good knowledge of shoes manufacturing process.
    Experience in pattern engineering, mold making, grading, materials processing etc…
    Ability to read shell patterns, 2D and 3D blueprints, spec sheets, cost breakdowns, etc…
    Good understanding of costing principles and process; ability to decipher cost breakdown related to products.

    Sales Manager - Warehouse - Logistics

    **Job Description:
    - Sales Manager will need to closely work with management to take care of current customers and new customers to enlarge the company’s sales revenue and profit.
    - Operate and be a senior person in Sales Team, reporting directly to General Director.
    - Find customer, develop new business in domestic and overseas.
    - Manage market information, survey, collect and analyze information.
    - Build a good relationship with carriers, transportation companies and the government agencies.
    - Set up list of present, new and potential customers and manage it.
    - Find out and update regulations concerning transportation related fee and taxes.
    - Make plan to approach customers daily, weekly, monthly.
    Survey, collect, analyze, evaluate, operate and use effectively customers information, owners of export and import goods from HCMC, Hai Phong, Da Nang ports.
    - Build Sales Team being professional and high disciplined.
    - Other jobs assigned by General Director.

    ** ACCOUNT-ABILITIES:
    Conducting sales calls.
    Finding potential customers.
    Preparing sales quotation by using company AFQ Form (Approval For Quotation). Obtain approval from General Director and proposal it to customers.
    Follow up with current customers.
    Develop new customers not only in Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos and the Neighboring countries.

    ** GENERATE SALES REVENUE FROM CUSTOMERS (50%)
    Create sales orders from customers to bring revenue to company.
    Work with current customers to maintain good business relationship.
    Develop new customers by providing best available rate quotations, sales program, that will meet customer’s need.

    ** DEALING WITH AGENTS, CO-LOADERS AND CARRIERS (25%)
    Develop new agents in domestic, overseas to share business opportunities.
    Work with Co-Loaders to cooperate each others for sharing best available rates, cargo sharing and obtain a good financial terms on freight invoices.

    ** ESTABLISH SALES STRATEGIES AND SALES TARGET WITH G. D. (15%)
    Establish good sales strategies which could bring more new customers.
    Establish monthly, quarterly and annual sales target based on company’s SOP Sales Target & Rule of Program Management.

    ** SALES PERFORMANCE REPORT TO GENERAL DIRECTOR (10%)
    Report weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly sales performance achievement.
    Report sales plan with existing customers how to expand their business.
    Report sales strategies for new customers how to bring their business.
    Job Requirements:
    Require skills
    Broad knowledge of sales strategies, planning and ability to execute it.
    Leadership: ability to demonstrate Leadership in the team.
    Computer Literacy: Good knowledge of MS Office Computer software.
    Presentation skill: Good Presentation skill to attract customers and management.
    Interpersonal Skills: Persuasive, ability to understand team mates, other managers and become team player. Maintain Good working relationship with other team managers
