Just one little advice: you need someone to correct your mistakes before putting important information in public, as you've said you know some people who're really good in English. Otherwise, use vietnamese if you don't want everybody misunderstans you.
It took me some minute to understand that you wanted to say: "a weekly offline of CMC on...(what day?) at 58 Thanh Thai stress, dictrict 10. I hope every body will join this meeting"
And proper puntuation would help people consider your club seriously, for example: Thanh Thai, not thanh thai.
Just an advice. Good luck with your club ^^

@yeu_tinh: i know that he has many mistakes in this sentence. He's just a newbie studying English. He told me that he wants to improve his English, but he also has job, doesn't have much time. Moreover, he doesn't know how to do that. So he sets up this club to gather everyone like him. Maybe his English is very bad, but he still does his job in all sincerity. I see u'r very gud at English, why don't u help him to correct his mistakes and everyone's

@Love_ghd: I know he's a beginner, I just wanted to say he should be careful with public announcement if he wants people to understand it properly. He can make mistake in chatting, talking, in whatever else but not in publishing important news of the club.
