mình có con BB8320 ,lúc trc xài bt ,nhưng sau khi reset xong thì ko kết nối với pc dc lúc căm vào PC thì bb báo đang xạc rồi máy PC có báo là "USB Device not recognized one of the usb device attached to this computer has malfunctioned, and windows does not recognize it for assistance in solving this problem,click this messanger ." mình thử xóa BDM 4.5>reset máy>cài lại BDM>reset lần nữa mà nó vẫn ko nhận . mấy bro giúp với , thank nhiều .
