I've just read an excited text! you have a wonderful dream. I think not only buiders' children but also many poor children don't go to school. A lot of reason why they don't have education like others, but i know 1 important reason, because of their parent's mind. Athough VN education still not support for children like other countries, but we have many charity organization always help them. Moreover, the parent often think simply "we don't have enough money, quick school", "you feel learn so difficult, okie, go work with me..."
I think it's simple. - First, make the parent deeply understand the important of education - Secondly, pay for them high salary My plan is provide many library for children, student & community b/c Library is the base for development of social.
